Shooting on film for me is a practice of connecting with the authentic and inherently beautiful quality of the everyday. Fading autumn leaves, a chip in a piece of handmade pottery or the wrinkles in a face all seem to take on a unique texture and additional depth when exposed onto celluloid.

It has been said that one's art inevitably manifests as an expression of the maker's inner world. I find myself undeniably drawn to capture images of the vehicles I spent so much time playing with as a child.
